On 20th of December 1920, Leon Le Bozec and George Gautier founded a company to exploit their patients in the field of fuel and fluids controls. There collaboration led to the creations of a large number of products fro the automotive and aviation industries. |
| In 1984 a new activity center, the Filtration Division, was formed in order to ensure that the right degree of emphasis could be applied to this aspect of the company's activities. Over a fire-year period, more than $500,000 has been invested in testing and evaluation facilities and product resources. |  |

In 1991, Le Bozec Filtration & Systems acquired the status of independent company, having now gained worldwide recognition for excellence in all aspects of filtration technology as applied to the aviation industry. |
